Green, White and Black Channel Plate and Side Dishes

This artist made fused glass dish set in green and black is crafted with multiple techniques. First, a “part sheet” is painstakingly created by pulling “strings” of glass on a torch pattern, then fired on white glass before it is cut for each individual dish. The pieces are then fired once more on to the green background, then one more firing done to “slump” the glass into its final shape. The channel plate measures 12.5 x 4 inches, and the two accompanying dishes measure 3 x 3 inches. Use for serving food, displaying votive candles, or for holding treasured items. Food safe, hand wash to avoid marring of glass.
