Thank you for supporting my studio and my handcrafted fused glass art. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All pieces are handcrafted to order in my studio. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — estimated timelines will be noted on the product page or communicated directly.

Shipping Methods & Rates I ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Fragile Item Handling Every piece of fused glass art is carefully wrapped and packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Despite my best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so I can make it right.

Delivery Timeframes Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages Glasspassions is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
